Please ship to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. We are unable to provide refunds on lost or stolen packages. Please purchase Route shipping insurance for protection in the event that a package gets lost or stolen.
All orders coming from our USA warehouse are processed within 2-5 business days. And the quality vetted items arriving from overseas are processed within 8-10 days. Please allow up to 15 business days for orders to be delivered.
However, we do our best to process everything within 2-3 business days to get you your packages as quickly as possible!
