Refund policy

Oh My Sass items may be returned up to 7 days after they are received.

Return Instructions:

1. Email customer support at myohmysass@gmail.com regarding the reason for your return and your order number.

2. You will be emailed with your return authorization number. Return authorization number must be included with the return.

3. All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

4. Send return back to our specified Warehouse emailed with your return authorization number within 7 business days of this submission.
